We’re so pleased to illustrate…once again…how successful a gardener one might become when planting a straw bale garden. It’s especially great for those of us who feel we do not have adequate space…or don’t feel we know how to garden…or think it’s too hard, etc. Most all the reasons we’ve had for not starting a garden of our own are addressed by planting a straw bale garden.
These are this year’s pictures from the garden of Maureen Brennen Skinner who facilitated our straw bale garden workshops back in 2012. Maureen’s harvests are as extraordinary as from any garden we’ve seen. This is one “user-friendly” method for learning how to garden.
