Peppermint Tea

Peppermint has long been known as a digestive aid and for helping relieve nausea.

The aroma of peppermint has been used for centuries to awaken one’s perception, to bring clarity and to heighten awareness.

Bring water to a boil. Put water and peppermint teabag in cup and cover to let steep for 2-5 minutes.
