Kale, Jicama & Red/Yellow Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

One Bunch Of Kale
One Jicama
One Red Bell Pepper
One Yellow Bell Pepper
Lime Juice  (About 2 Limes Juiced)
Approximately 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne Pepper

Shred kale. Peel and slice jicama into french-fry sized pieces. Cut and de-seed peppers into whatever shape you wish. Mix all veggies in a nice bowl with the juice of 2 limes (approximately) and a light coating of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cayenne pepper to taste (we use about 1/2 tsp).

CHILL FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS AND ENJOY!
