Kale Chips with Cayenne Pepper Dip

  • Fresh Kale
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic (if desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, lightly drizzle kale with olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic to taste. Turn with your hands to coat the kale. Layer kale in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until kale “crisps up.”

Serve with your favorite dip or try it with yogurt, lemon juice and Cayenne Pepper Dip.


 Mix ½ container of yogurt with juice from one half to one whole lemon. Add cayenne to taste.
