Ingredients:
- ½ pound bacon (I use bacon grease that I save for when I don‘t have bacon)
- Favorite Greens – fresh, frozen or canned. Thaw and squeeze if frozen. Drain, if canned.
- Chopped Garlic (to taste)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Brown bacon. Set aside leaving grease in pan. Add greens to grease in skillet. Cook, turning frequently, until good and hot. Add salt & pepper (to taste), garlic, and a splash of cider vinegar.
Serve with crumbled bacon and pepper sauce.
