Black Bean Salad or Dip

  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato (or more), chopped
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

 Mix cans of beans and corn.  Add onion, tomatoes and cilantro to taste.

Dress with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.


  • Replace tomato and onion with a can of Rotel tomato and chilies.
  • Use your favorite dressing or heart healthy olive oil & vinegar.
  • Use basil instead of cilantro.
