Ingredients:
- 1 can of green beans
- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 onion
- Greens chopped into bite-size pieces
- Red Wine Vinaigrette
Mix all ingredients together and add dressing to taste.
Options:
- Use any type of canned beans.
- Use any greens you like: kale, collards, arugula, lettuces, bok choy.
- Use your favorite dressing or heart healthy olive oil and vinegar.
- Use salsa instead of dressing.
- Add basil, parsley or cilantro.
