3 Bean & Greens Salad

  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • Greens chopped into bite-size pieces
  • Red Wine Vinaigrette

Mix all ingredients together and add dressing to taste.


  • Use any type of canned beans.
  • Use any greens you like: kale, collards, arugula, lettuces, bok choy.
  • Use your favorite dressing or heart healthy olive oil and vinegar.
  • Use salsa instead of dressing.
  • Add basil, parsley or cilantro.
